Terms
Terms of service
These cover buying ranwhat Plus. The ranwhat tool itself is open source under the MIT licence, and that licence, not this page, covers using it.
Plus
What you buy, and how it ends.
In plain words, because a subscription you cannot understand is one you should not trust.
Who makes it
Cenner, obrt za računalno programiranje i ostale
usluge, vl. Matija Mikulinec, Mikulinci 8, Zagreb, Croatia.
OIB 23152585818 · MB 99210363. Reachable at
[email protected], and through the
contact page.
Who takes payment
Stripe sells you the subscription as merchant of
record, through its Managed Payments service. Checkout, receipts
and invoices come from Link, Stripe’s checkout, your bank
statement shows LINK.COM*, and Stripe
collects and pays any VAT or sales tax. Link’s support can
help with a payment; anything about the feed itself comes to
us.
What Plus is today
A subscription to the capability catalogue feed at
feed.ranwhat.com, which
ranwhat update fetches with your feed
token, so the scanner knows the scopes providers have added since
your version shipped. The features the pricing
page marks as coming are not part of Plus until they ship. When
each does, it comes to subscribers at no extra cost.
Price and billing
€12 a month, or €120 a year, for one
organisation however many machines, agents or people it has,
including any VAT that applies. Checkout may show it in your own
currency. Stripe takes payment at the start of each period and
renews it automatically until you cancel. We will email you at
least 30 days before
a price change reaches you, so you can cancel first.
Cancelling
Any time, on the billing
page, in your Link account, or by writing to us. The subscription ends at the end of
the period you have paid for, and the feed works until then. The
rest of a period is not refunded, except as in the next
row.
14-day refund
Write to [email protected]
within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, with
no reason needed, and the subscription ends. This is the right of
withdrawal EU law gives consumers, and we give it to businesses
too. Renewals after that are not refunded, but you can cancel
before the next one.
Your token
The feed token is for your organisation’s own
machines and CI. Keep it out of public repositories and do not share
it outside the organisation. A token that turns up in public may be
switched off, and we will give you a replacement. It stops working
when the subscription ends.
Availability
We aim to keep the feed up and make no promise of
uptime. While it is down, the catalogue you last fetched, and the
one bundled with the tool, keep working. If we ever stop running
the feed, we refund the unused part of your period.
Liability
ranwhat reports what it finds. It does not promise to
find everything, and what you decide from its reports is yours to
decide. As far as the law allows, our liability for anything to do
with Plus is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before
the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross
negligence, or any right a consumer has that a contract cannot take
away.
Law
Croatian law applies. If you are a consumer in the
EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the
country you live in, and can take a claim to its courts. Write to
us first: most things are settled by one email.
Changes
We will email subscribers at least 30 days before a change to these terms reaches them. The page lives in the site’s public repository, so the commit history shows every change and when it was made. How your data is handled is on the privacy page. Last changed 4 October 2026.
